Laser hair removal is done on a Cynosure Elite IQ, a dual-wavelength laser with a built-in cooling system. Each session starts with a Skintel Melanin Reader skin assessment. A free consultation includes a screening to confirm candidacy and a treatment timeline. Clients pay per session, with no contracts, loans or payment plans. Per-session pricing stays locked from the first session as long as the treatment schedule stays consistent. Most laser clients need 8 to 10 sessions, spaced a few weeks to 10 weeks apart. The salon describes the result as permanent reduction rather than full removal, and says most clients see 70 to 80 percent reduction within that course. Before laser, clients shave the area 12 to 24 hours ahead rather than waxing or plucking, and stop topical retinoids, acids and self-tanner two weeks before. Laser cannot be applied directly over tattoos but can be used on the skin around them.

Brazilian and bikini waxing is done with professional hard wax, and the salon says it is its most-booked service. Hair should be at least 1/4 inch long; hair longer than 1/2 inch can be trimmed with scissors, not electric trimmers. A Brazilian takes about 15 to 30 minutes, and first-timers should allow a little extra time. Specialists check for medications, retinoids and skin sensitivities before waxing, and do not double-dip wax. Waxing is generally considered safe during pregnancy, and clients should tell their specialist beforehand. Body waxing also uses hard wax for men and women.

Facial services include custom facials, which address acne, texture, congestion, hyperpigmentation and fine lines, according to the salon. A Custom Facial is 60 minutes at $175, and an Advanced Custom Facial is 90 minutes at $220. The Sculpt Facial is a buccal massage facial available as a 3-session series. SkinPen microneedling is offered, and the salon says it uses the first FDA-cleared microneedling device. Chemical peels and HydraFacial-style custom hydrafacials are also available. The salon recommends booking facials every 4 to 6 weeks for best results. Clients can take the Epicutis skincare line home, and the salon sells a Detox Scrub, Avi Body Care Scrub and Fur Oil for between visits.

The studio is open Tuesday to Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM, and Saturday, 9 AM to 3 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 6 hours' notice to avoid a fee; late cancellations and no-shows are charged the full service fee. Clients who cancel repeatedly may be asked to prepay. Additional guests are not allowed in treatment rooms. Prices on the website are what clients pay in person, with no added fees, according to the salon.
