Acne work is the practice's focus. The Acne Bootcamp program for new clients includes a consultation, a skin sensitivity test, an acne treatment and LED light therapy. Participation requires purchasing a full home care kit, which the practice lists at $150 or more; its own description of the home care routine ranges from $150 to $400. Existing Acne Bootcamp clients have a shorter treatment-only visit, recommended about every two weeks.

Beyond acne, the menu covers HydraFacial MD in signature, deluxe and platinum versions, a Sculptural Facial Massage, DMK Enzyme Therapy, custom facials, a teen facial for pre-teens and teenagers, and several chemical peels, from a pigment-focused 7% TCA blend to Cosmelan MD. SkinPen microneedling, described as collagen induction therapy, is offered by itself, for the face, neck and chest, or in packages. Treatment plans are individualized, and the practice says it does not use a one-size-fits-all approach.

For at-home care, the practice sells skincare through an online shop and recommends products from partner brands, including the GlyMedPlus and SkinBetter Science lines. Purchases made through its shop links earn the practice a commission at no extra cost to the buyer. Online bookings require a deposit between $50 and $850 depending on the service, and in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 can be paid through Buy Now, Pay Later with approval before the appointment.
