Extension work includes a full installation with a cleanse, blowdry and style finish, which requires a consultation and extension hair before booking. Refresh visits cover weft, tape-in and Microlink extensions. The weft refresh is designed for extensions that have been worn for four to eight weeks.

Returning clients can book a follow-up silk press, with or without a trim. Haircuts include a shampoo, blowdry and a choice of sleek, wavy or curled styling. Add-on time is available for extra-long, thick or dense hair, and customized scalp and hair treatments can be added to visits.

Advanced Smoothing Therapy is a smoothing treatment aimed at frizz control, with results lasting 6 to 20 weeks depending on the treatment type. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.

Booking policies ask for at least 48 hours notice to cancel. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are charged 50 percent of the scheduled service price, and no-shows are charged the full appointment price. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings between $50 and $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
