Silk press visits start with a base service of shampoo, conditioning, blow-dry and style, and can be extended with add-ons for trims, cuts, hydration, protein or toning treatments, and longer hair. First-time guests can book the New Guest Experience, a three-hour visit that includes a shampoo, hydration treatment, trim and silk press. Color ranges from a single permanent color to highlights, ombre or balayage, double process and fantasy colors, many of them with an Olaplex treatment. New guests, and anyone who has not had color in the past year, are asked to book a color consultation first.

Extension services cover traditional installation, install maintenance, extension removal, bundle preparation and extension color. Booking requires a non-refundable deposit that goes toward the service. Guests may reschedule once with 24 hours' notice or once within a week, and color and keratin appointments need 48 hours' notice to change or cancel. The salon is open Friday and Saturday only. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval, and card payments are accepted according to the booking site. Licensed stylists and cosmetologists can also take Each One Teach One classes, offered virtually or in person.
