New guests receive a digital welcome packet from their stylist about three days before a first appointment, and the salon asks them to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early. Before a service begins, new guests are taken through the intake forms and policies. Refreshments, free Wi-Fi, and phone chargers for iPhone and Android are available, and soft background music plays during visits. Photos of the finished look are shown for approval before anything is shared on social media.
Styling and color services cover haircuts, dry cuts, blowouts, root color, all over color, partial and full foil, and balayage. Custom color transformations are scoped in a consultation, which covers hair history, daily routine, goals and budget, and ends with a plan plus maintenance and home care guidance. Extensions can be done with wefts, tape-ins, keratin bonds, I-tips or clip-ins, alone or combined, and a free in-person consultation is required for every new extension guest. Bridal services include hairstyles for the wedding party, bridal makeup, and one-on-one styling lessons.
