Services are grouped by the work involved rather than by gender identity, so clients book by the area being waxed. The menu covers face, body, intimate, brow, Brazilian and extremity waxing, with separate listings for women's, men's, and non-binary and gender-diverse services. Multi-area full-body waxing is booked in appointments of up to 3 hours for five or more body and intimate areas, excluding facial waxing. Pricing reflects body size, hair density and time required, not identity or pronouns. Clients who have had gender-affirming surgery, or who are unsure which appointment fits, can contact the studio before booking. The studio does not wax heads or beards.

Brazilian and bikini services make up a large part of the menu. Bikini waxing covers the sides, top and outer labia, and bikini and Brazilian appointments include removal of ingrown and broken hairs at no extra charge. Full Brazilians come with a warm towel, a post-wax oil containing Finipil, and an optional peppermint-infused CalmPress towel, and every Brazilian includes a belly trail wax. Add-ons include steaming, a warm pre-wax steam, a chilled after-wax finish, and an ingrown control treatment done before dressing. Intimate Tint is a semi-permanent color for pubic hair. Brow services include cleanup, cleanup with tint, and tint with styling, and the studio offers a Brazilian Match Quiz on its website to help clients choose.

Before a visit, hair should be about a quarter inch long, and shaving or trimming beforehand is not advised. Prepayment is required to reserve, and clients can request a quiet or silent appointment or ask for more or less conversation. Pregnant clients are welcome unless their physician or midwife advises otherwise, and the studio reports more than 17 years of waxing clients through all stages of pregnancy. Clients using retinoids, prescription acne medication, chemical exfoliants, or who have recently had a chemical peel, laser or microneedling should tell the studio before facial waxing. Most clients return every 4 to 6 weeks. The studio says it uses single-dip waxing, fresh linens for every client and disposable items where appropriate, and that it meets or exceeds state regulations for cleaning tools and surfaces.
