Silk press is the core of the menu. Guests can choose a silk press cocktail, which is a silk press that includes shampoo and conditioning, in one of five versions: Presstini, Dirtytini, Lemon Drop, Old Fashioned or Kurlarita. Silk dry only, shampoo only and shampoo with silk dry are also offered as sides. The Amino Acid Smoothing Treatment is listed separately, and the salon says it can last up to 12 weeks.

Extension work includes sew-in tracks, traditional sew-ins and clip-in installs. A traditional sew-in adds sew-in extensions with hair left out for coverage and includes shampoo and blow dry. A sew-in track adds one weft. Clip-in installs are offered, and clip-in hair is not included but can be bought at the salon. Presstini and Shampoo and Curl are also offered on extensions.

Pricing is itemized. Length fees are charged by hair length, from bra length up to below waist, and there is a separate detangle fee and a style takedown fee. A trim covers up to 1 inch of length, and anything longer is priced as a cut. First-time clients can book the Top Shelf Experience, which the salon offers only to new clients.
