The studio is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday from 8 AM to 5 PM, and is closed Thursday through Saturday. Clients who can't keep an appointment are asked to let the studio know as early as possible so it can reschedule.

Sister lock services are priced by how long it has been since the last retight. A consultation comes first for new clients, with a $20 deposit required. Retights are timed by weeks since the last appointment, and each includes a basic style. Full sister lock installations can run up to 480 minutes and may be split across two days, with the stylist deciding the schedule.

Micro locs are offered through consultations, retights and installs. Installation is a long appointment that includes shampoo, typically taking seven to ten hours depending on hair density, and it is scheduled by management only. Retights may be adjusted based on sizing and density, which is explained at the consultation.

For payment, the studio accepts in-person payments. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings between $50 and $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Deposits are required on bookings, ranging from $15 for a micro loc consultation to $400 for a micro loc install, with most services requiring $25.
