The studio is at 7600 Denton Highway in Watauga and is open Sunday, Monday and Wednesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, closed Tuesdays. Appointments are booked online through Vagaro, and free parking is available. Clients booking lash or brow services are asked to arrive with no makeup or skincare on. The business describes its services as professional artistry in a luxurious experience, with a stated aim of healthy, quality services that leave guests feeling good about their appearance.

Lash refills are priced by how much of the set remains: a mini touch-up for lashes with the most extensions left, a standard maintenance refill for the middle range, and an ultra refill for lashes with the fewest left. A patch test is offered before a full set for clients sensitive to adhesive. Aftercare includes cleansing lashes daily, avoiding oil-based products, and keeping heat away from them and not sleeping on them.

Permanent jewelry is offered in sterling silver and gold, with custom-fit chains welded on without a clasp. New clients pay a $30 non-refundable deposit that goes toward the total. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 48 hours ahead are charged half the service, and no-call, no-show appointments are charged in full. Late arrivals receive a shortened service. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian, and bringing a child or pet requires advance approval; service animals are allowed. Cash, debit, Discover, Visa and MasterCard are accepted, and some services can be paid over time on orders of $50 or more.
