Crush Parlor

Crush Parlor is located in North Richland Hills and is run by owner Danielle. The space started as an 80-square-foot suite and has since expanded to 1,300 square feet. Services are booked by appointment and include lash work, brow services, facials, waxing, spray tanning and teeth services. Gift cards are available.

Lashes are a central focus, with Korean lash lifts, traditional lash lifts and lash extensions. Brow lamination is the brow service. Facials include Korean facials and sculpting facials, and the salon also runs an acne program under Face Reality with esthetician Jessica. Spray tanning and the teeth services, teeth whitening and tooth gems, round out the menu.

The Face Reality acne program begins with a $35 virtual consultation lasting 30 minutes, or a $99 introductory facial lasting one hour. The introductory facial is for new clients and is required before advanced facial treatments and before buying kits with active ingredients. An acne treatment costs $120 and lasts one hour; it is a customized facial with professional exfoliation, targeted treatments and extractions as needed. Clients stop using active skincare ingredients at least 48 hours beforehand, bring their current products or photos of them, and consult their provider about any prescriptions. Progress is tracked with photos at each visit. Face Reality skincare kits are sold in-store, priced from $105 to $266, and recommended products can be shipped after a virtual consultation.

The salon also hosts Beautiful Brows & Lashes education for beauty professionals, where Danielle serves as Director of Education and Brand Growth. In-person Lash Lift Training runs three to four hours and costs $750, with a $250 deposit to book. It includes a live demonstration, hands-on practice on a model, one-on-one coaching and troubleshooting, a model kit with enough product for up to four clients, the training manual and a framed certification on completion. Students choose Korean or traditional lash lift training when booking and can ask for help finding a model. A virtual option costs $750 and must be paid in full to reserve a spot; it gives a certificate of course completion rather than an in-person professional certification. Training does not grant a professional license, and students must verify their own eligibility to perform services for pay where they live.

Services are by appointment, with a focus on personalized skincare plans and education for beauty professionals alongside client services.
