The menu is organized into braids and twists, consultations, hair care, hair color, haircuts, hair extensions, hair styling and a membership. Braiding ranges from men's braids and twists, done on the top only or the full head, to two strand twists for natural hair and butterfly cornrows. Consultations include a 15-minute video call, a 30-minute in-person stylist consultation, a new color consultation with a strand test, and a bridal consultation with two styled looks.

Extension work is a large part of the studio. Services cover weave installs, tape-ins, clip-ins, wig units, ponytails, removals and maintenance for installs done at the studio. The studio is an authorized Strands Extensions dealer and offers multi-hour Strands packages in body wave texture, which require a consultation and a 50 percent deposit. Hair is generally not included in extension prices unless stated.

Keratin treatments and corrective color require a consultation first. Some color services may call for up to three visits within eight weeks, and a follow-up is required two to three weeks after a color service. Silk press is open to current clients, while new clients or those not seen in the last 90 days start with a New Client New You service. Services performed by a Senior Cosmetologist carry an added 20 percent on many services, and longer or thicker hair may add a fee. The studio is open Tuesday to Thursday from 10am to 6pm and Friday and Saturday from 8am to 4pm, and is closed Sunday and Monday.

The studio also runs a Maryland-approved Cosmetology Apprenticeship with hands-on training and a Beauty and Business Internship for young people. The studio says its apprenticeship saves apprentices $25,000 or more compared with traditional cosmetology school.

The studio aims to set a high standard for professionalism, customer service and artistry with every client. It also aims to make the salon a comfortable, engaging place that keeps clients coming back.
