The braider tailors each braided style to the client, and the business says the braider has a few years of experience. Several styles expect the client to supply their own hair, such as twist hair for mini and passion twists, bundles for French curls, packs of locs for faux locs, and at least 200 pieces for a full miracle knots look, so it is worth confirming the hair amount before booking.

On the practical side, parking and Wi-Fi are available, and the business takes credit cards, cash and tap payments. It is open Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM and closed on Sundays. Hair should arrive washed, detangled and fully dry. A 15-minute delay adds a $15 late fee and a 30-minute delay results in cancellation, so messaging ahead if running late is advised. Inquiries are answered within 24 to 48 hours, and gift cards and service packages are available.
