First-time clients pay a $20 deposit by Zelle, which is applied to the total. The balance can be paid in cash, Zelle, Venmo or Cash App at the end of the appointment. TMS Deluxe is a membership that offers no-deposit service, monthly discounts and other member benefits. A $50 no-show fee applies when a client misses an appointment without notice. Refreshments are offered during appointments. Photos and video may be taken during appointments, and clients can ask in advance not to be filmed or photographed. Booking means the client agrees to their images being used for the salon's promotional purposes.

Clients who are unhappy with their results should say so during the appointment so the salon can make changes.
