The team includes product experts, certified holistic health coaches, holistic estheticians and makeup artists.

Every facial begins with an intake form that asks about lifestyle, including diet, sleep, stress, hydration and skin concerns, which is reviewed with the esthetician before treatment. Facials use clean skincare products and non-invasive technologies, and each treatment is tailored to the client. Estheticians check in after the service and suggest products for home use. Facial protocols can be adapted to be pregnancy and breastfeeding safe, and vegan.

The core facials are The Quickie (40 minutes, $110), which includes a custom mask and extractions; The Signature (60 minutes, $185), which adds one targeted booster; and The Works (80 minutes, $260), which adds two targeted boosters. Specialty facials include The Back Facial (60 minutes, back only, $145), The Superclear (70 minutes, focused on acne, $190), The Natural Lift (75 minutes, $240) and The Sculpt (80 minutes, $280). Facial add-ons can be combined with a treatment, and waxing is available only as an add-on to a facial and must be booked by calling the spa. Brow waxing is $27 and adds 25 minutes; lip and nose waxing are $12 each and chin waxing is $17, each adding 10 minutes.

Policies: a 50% deposit reserves any appointment and is applied to the service on the day. Deposits are non-refundable, but can move to a future booking if the appointment is rescheduled more than 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice forfeit the deposit, and no-shows are charged the full service total. A minimum 20% gratuity is added automatically to spa services at checkout, and additional tipping is welcome. Spa memberships and gift cards are available, and online orders of $75 or more ship free.

Facials use clean skincare products and non-invasive technologies, with each treatment tailored to the client after a lifestyle intake.
