Services are by appointment only. Most are booked online, while bang trims, face frame trims and color consultations are arranged by texting the stylist directly, since phone calls are not taken. Clients must be 18 or older, and the studio does not serve anyone under 18. Clients with specific accessibility needs are asked to reach out in advance.

Wash and blow dry are included in most services, though not with bang trims, short hair clean-ups, stand-alone deep conditioners or Olaplex treatments. Stand-alone styling is not offered. Haircut prices depend on the starting length a client chooses when booking, and bobs count as long cuts. Full highlights and balayage include a toner. Fantasy colors, color corrections and platinum cards are charged hourly and require a color consultation first, which is free and takes about 15 minutes. Booking the wrong color service may lead to a charge for time booked but not used.

Policies ask for at least 48 hours' notice to change or cancel. Appointments cancelled within 24 to 48 hours are charged 50% of the service fee to the card on file, and cancelling one of several booked services counts as a late cancellation. Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may not be seen, and arriving more than 15 minutes into an appointment is treated as a no-show. Adjustments are made at no extra charge if a concern is reported within 7 days and the redo is completed within 14 days. Refunds are not given for services rendered. Credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and cash are accepted, with a 3% fee on card payments that cash avoids. Street parking on Verdugo Road is limited to one hour, while untimed parking is available on York Boulevard and West Avenue 40.
