Bridal work is the center of the business. Brides can book a trial, which the business recommends three to six months before the wedding, and the stylist who completes the trial is scheduled to be the bride's stylist on the wedding day, barring unforeseen circumstances or illness. Bridal packages start at $350 for hair and natural and soft makeup with eyelash application, about 3 hours 30 minutes, and rise to $525 for a package that adds a Haku Lei Po'o flower crown, about 5 hours 30 minutes. Bridal bookings require a signed contract and a $200 non-refundable deposit that is applied to the final balance, with the remaining balance due by the day before the wedding.

Outside bridal work, the studio offers hair color, blonding, balayage or ombre, haircutting, hairstyling, updos, blowouts and hair extensions, plus eyelash extensions. Hair extensions can be applied, but the business does not sell them and recommends Hair Unlimited in Mission Valley, San Diego. The team does not cut hair, so clients should have extensions trimmed by their own stylist.

Services can be provided at the studio or at a client's residence, hotel, venue or another destination. Travel fees are $50 for Imperial Beach, Chula Vista, Coronado and nearby areas, rising with distance to $500 for Las Vegas. Gratuity and parking or valet fees are not included in bridal service prices. The business also sells eGift cards and 20 oz stainless steel tumblers.
