A first visit starts with an intake appointment with Dr. Ashley Riley, who takes vitals and performs a brief physical. Blood draws are done at Labcorp or in the office, and samples are sent to Labcorp for analysis. About one week later, Dr. Sarah Shell reviews the lab results at a follow-up visit. Established patients can book with Dr. Shell, and an annual check-in is recommended. New patient and follow-up visits are offered in office, and by telehealth for Arizona residents. Prescribed therapies can be picked up in person or shipped to the patient.

Beyond primary care, the clinic offers hormone replacement therapy, pellets, creams and patches, a range of vitamin and specialty injections, several IV therapies, Botox and a membership option for it, PRP-based hair restoration, medical microneedling, acupuncture, cupping, gua sha and joint and trigger point injections.
