The practice was built by Clinical Director Diamond Radivoyevich after more than a decade in diabetes and endocrine care. It does not accept insurance and works on a cash-pay basis, which the practice says lets visits run without an insurance-set time limit.

Each patient sees the same clinician at every visit rather than rotating providers, and the patient panel is kept deliberately small so the clinician has time to think through each case between visits. Visits take place at the Chandler office on weekdays by appointment.

A first visit is a 90-minute New Patient Consult covering full history, lab review, and protocol mapping. Patients who already have labs can book a 30-minute Lab Panel Review to get a plain explanation of their results, and 60-minute Follow-Up Visits adjust protocols using repeat labs. Medication, peptide, and compounded therapy costs are separate from visit fees and are set per protocol.

Financing is available through an application on the site. A card is kept on file to hold each slot, and cancellations, no-shows, or reschedules made less than 24 hours ahead carry a $100 fee.

Protocols are built from each patient's own lab panels and symptoms and are reviewed by the treating clinician, rather than run from a standard checklist.
