The salon's menu is all hair. It offers non-surgical hair replacement, hair extensions with both tape-in and clip-in installation, customized color and color correction, relaxer service, short cuts, finger wave styles, natural styles, silk press styling, two strand twists and bridal hair service.
The space is intimate and set up around each client, with limited seating. Clients are asked to book as far ahead as possible, and standing appointments are available and recommended. Children are only welcome when they are being serviced, and guests are not allowed to come along to appointments. The salon is open Wednesday through Friday from 10:30 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday from 9:30 am to 3:00 pm, and is closed Monday, Tuesday and Sunday. Cancellations should be made at least 48 hours ahead; cancellations made improperly carry a 50% fee, due the day of cancellation. Cash, credit and debit cards (Visa and Mastercard), Zelle and Apple Pay are accepted, with a $2 service fee on credit card and Apple Pay payments. Checks are not accepted.
The salon starts from how a client feels in the chair, with a calm, individual setting for each visit.
