A visit starts with a short consultation, and the booked service is treated as a starting point rather than a fixed plan. Facials are the core of the menu, from a first-visit New Client Facial with a full skin consultation through to longer custom facials of 60, 75 or 90 minutes. Brow, face waxing and lash services are offered alongside them, including Korean lash lifts, which lift and curl natural lashes without extensions.

Facials are built around the skin on the day. The studio suggests a facial every four to six weeks for most skin, with the schedule set around each client's skin needs. Aftercare guidance is given for facials, lash lifts and brow services, covering things like avoiding makeup, sun, and water or steam for set periods.

Appointments are held with a deposit equal to half the service price, which is applied to the visit. The deposit cannot be refunded, though it carries over to a new date when a booking is moved with at least 48 hours' notice. Any change made with less than 48 hours' notice loses the deposit, and a client who fails to arrive is billed the entire cost of the treatment. Gift cards come in values of $50, $100 and $150 and may be spent on any facial, lash or brow service; they never expire.

The studio pairs clinical skincare with an aim of enhancing each client's natural look, with every appointment shaped by a consultation.

Appointments are meant to feel supportive and relaxed, with skin health and client confidence as the priorities.
