Dermabless was founded in 2015 by Mily Ajo, and the Vagaro profile describes it as an advanced aesthetics, beauty and wellness spa. The studio's work centers on permanent makeup, with brows, lips and eyeliner as the core, and it also offers medical spa services for skin, body and wellbeing. Clients come from Miami and nearby areas including Coral Gables, Kendall, Doral and Hollywood, as well as Broward and South Florida.

Brow work starts with a consultation. Each set of brows is mapped to the client's bone structure before any pigment is applied, and the technique is chosen for their skin, features and the look they want. The studio's four signature techniques are Hyperrealistic Nano Strokes, which are drawn one by one to follow natural hair growth, Teddy Brows, which build soft gradients without hard edges, Lip Filler, and Maison Lift. Micropigmentation uses single-use tools and professional-grade pigments, and the studio also corrects old or uneven work done at another studio through pigment removal and color correction.

The medical spa side includes custom facials that begin with a skin assessment and combine cleansing, exfoliation, masks and serums, with a typical recommendation of a visit every four to six weeks. Maison Lift combines hyaluronic acid and PRF and is planned under medical evaluation, and the site says it involves no incisions. Laser hair removal is done over a series of sessions spaced a few weeks apart, with the plan set at a consultation. Lash extensions come in classic, hybrid and volume sets, with refills suggested every two to three weeks. Body Recomposition is a physician-guided program aimed at lowering body fat while preserving lean muscle, with medical, nutrition and training follow-up; it can be done in the studio or remotely across the United States.

Dermabless Academy was founded in 2017 to train the studio's own team and now trains students as a school. It offers six tracks: brows, lashes, lips, facials and aesthetics, masterclass, and removal, and the academy states that more than 1,500 artists have been trained.

Visits are booked online through Vagaro or by WhatsApp, and walk-ins are accepted according to the Vagaro profile. The studio is open Tuesday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and offers free parking. Cancellations are non-refundable, though cancelling 24 hours ahead allows rescheduling without losing the deposit, and arriving more than 15 minutes late forfeits the appointment and deposit. Financing is offered through Cherry, with 0% APR options and interest-bearing plans with APRs as low as 5.99%, subject to approval, and the site says approvals go up to $50,000.

Treatments are planned around each client after a consultation, with the technique and design chosen for their skin, features and desired look. The studio's stated view is that results should look natural on the person and at their best.
