Initial visits take place virtually through HIPAA-compliant telemedicine, and in-person visits are by appointment only. The office is open Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Initial and follow-up consultations are paid when booked, procedures are billed separately from the office visit, and a price quote is provided before any medical or cosmetic procedure on request.

On the medical side, the practice treats acne, eczema, rosacea, psoriasis, rashes, perioral dermatitis, hyperhidrosis, melasma, hair loss, milia and warts.
