The salon is at 123 Chester Rd in Chester, Virginia. It is open Monday from 1 PM to 5:30 PM, Thursday from 12 PM to 5:30 PM, Friday from 11 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 2 PM, and it is closed Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday.

It makes a custom unit designed to cover the crown for alopecia clients, which is worn for four to six weeks and can be washed with the unit attached. Wig installation is offered for clients with severe hair loss or alopecia. Hair and styling are not included in the unit price.

Beyond hair replacement, services cover braids and cornrows for men and women, loc retwists and starter locs, sew-ins with or without closure, relaxers, precision cuts, several color processes, and treatments such as hot oil, deep conditioning, hydration therapy and a scalp massage with essential oils. The keratin treatment is described as an organic system that straightens hair and reduces frizz without a relaxer.

Bridal work is available, including bridal hair and a bridal glam package. Classes cover one-on-one cutting, softwave styling, social media marketing and business startup, and virtual consultations by FaceTime, Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp are offered on Mondays. Eyebrow and lip waxing are booked through a separate listing, Thee Lovely Touch Waxing and Aesthetics.
