Hair restoration and regrowth is a central focus. The salon offers non-surgical hair replacement systems for men, women and children, priced from $300 to $1800 depending on the client, and customized in color, style, density, length, texture and base design. According to the salon, most insurance companies cover most hair replacement services.

Extensions are made from 100% virgin human hair. For weaves and extensions, clients buy their own hair before the appointment, and the salon recommends its She Has Yolihair Extensions brand. Shampoo is not included with weave and extension services, so clients either book it as an add-on or arrive with clean hair, since state cosmetology board rules do not allow services on unclean hair.

Appointments can be booked online through the salon services page. Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours ahead. Cancelling later or not showing may bring a $50 fee at the stylist's discretion, to be paid before booking again. Salon service refunds are not offered, but clients who are unhappy are asked to say so at the end of the visit or within 2 days so the salon can try to fix the problem. The salon also runs a referral program in which a client receives $30 in services after three referrals.

Customer satisfaction is the salon's stated priority, and it says it will work to address any concern a client raises. The stylist will say when she cannot do a service and will not perform services she considers unhealthy for the hair.
