Hair is the core of the menu. Silk presses come in several versions, including for relaxed, natural and sew-in hair, with optional add-ons such as Olaplex, aloe vera, protein and hydration treatments. Relaxer retouches, single and two-process color, cuts, a smoothing system treatment and a virgin relaxer are also offered, along with a monthly package for natural hair. Starting prices include a silk press with natural hair at $70 and a virgin relaxer at $200. All hair services include shampoo, conditioning and a blow dry, so clients do not need to arrive with pre-washed or blown-out hair.

Braiding and extensions cover crochet on loose hair and on locs or twists, quick weaves, sew-ins with leave-out or closure options, miracle knots, tape-in installs and extension packages on 8-week and 12-week schedules. Tape-in installs with hair start at $500. Braids or twists must be removed before the appointment or a $25 removal fee applies, and box braids are not offered.

The permanent makeup and brow menu includes microblading, micro-shaded brows, nano brows, ombre powder brows and nano stroke brows. A PMU consultation costs $35 and takes 30 minutes, and new micro-link and tape-in clients must book a consultation first. Microblading can be done with numbing at no extra cost. Nano powder and nano stroke brows are offered with a payment plan. Touch-ups are available at 4-6 weeks, 1 year and 2 years. Brow tint, brow lamination and brow henna are listed as cosmetic services. Eyelash extensions are offered in classic and cluster styles, with individually glued lashes and touch-ups every 2-3 weeks. Wood therapy uses wooden rollers and cups on the thighs, underarms, buttocks and abdomen. The salon lists claims for this treatment, including reduced cellulite, improved body shape, lymphatic drainage, circulation and stress relief.

Before a visit, clients complete a pre-screen after booking and should not book if they have been sick in the last 7 days. Hair services require a non-refundable deposit to book. No-shows and cancellations made under 24 hours carry a full fee that must be paid before booking again. Clients more than 10 minutes late should let the salon know, and arriving more than 30 minutes late may mean rescheduling. Snacks are available for clients who arrive hungry. Clients may bring one child if they lack childcare, but other adults are not allowed in the seating area. The salon says it was named Best Beauty Salon in the Snellville Awards in 2019 and 2024. The founder was a nominee for the 2020 Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce Creative Biz Award, and the salon has been featured in Shoutout Atlanta Magazine and Black At It Again Magazine.
