New clients can book one in person or by text. A haircut includes a detailed consultation and guidance on recreating the style at home. Color is custom-mixed to grow out softly and enhance a client's natural tones, ranging from subtle brightening to a full change. Options include a express gloss applied to wet hair, a gloss with blow-dry, single process color, and mini, partial and full highlights.

Extensions are color-matched, placed and blended to the client's own hair and are made from premium-quality hair. Pricing depends on the number of rows, and new installs are arranged by consultation only.

The trichology and scalp side of the business is built around an in-depth scalp analysis using a trichoscope. The consultation looks at hair history, lifestyle and other contributing factors, and aims to identify the root cause of shedding, thinning or scalp imbalance. Where it is appropriate, lab work may be suggested. The result is a customized in-salon treatment plan along with a personal at-home routine and product guidance. A hydrodermabrasion add-on is available to deeply cleanse, exfoliate and hydrate the scalp.
