The menu runs from wash and blow-outs, silk presses and precision cuts to color, color correction and scalp treatments. Extension work includes sew-ins, sew-in take-downs, tape-ins, micro links and braidless sew-ins, quick weaves, closures, wig installs and customized wigs. Several extension appointments are long, from about two to nearly six hours depending on the method.

Bookings and payments are handled through the online booking site, and the salon offers house calls. Deposits range from $25 to $300 depending on the service. A $25 charge applies to same-day appointments or late fees, appointments after 8 pm carry an extra $50, and arriving 15 minutes late costs $50. Arriving 10 minutes late is treated as a no-call, no-show and charged the full service price. Changes need to be made within 24 hours to avoid the full price. Hours are 10 AM to 6 PM Monday through Wednesday, 10 AM to 8 PM on Thursday, 10 AM to 4 PM on Friday and Saturday, and 12 PM to 4 PM on Sunday.

The salon also sells Empire hair collections, including Cambodian, Vietnamese and X lines, and a 10-inch Empire Luxury hair package.
