Extensions make up a large part of the menu. Tape-in, weft, hand-tied, clip-in and keratin bond extensions are all serviced, with maintenance priced by the pack or by the row. Smaller fixes such as reapplying tape or adjusting a weft corner can be booked between full appointments, and a fusion check one month after a keratin bond install includes a wash and style. Removal is available for tape, weft and keratin bonds, and an extension wash can be added to a maintenance visit for an extra fee.
Color and hair services include root refreshes, all-over color, custom partial color that can refresh a balayage or add highlights, custom full color, mini highlights and gloss refreshes. Color correction and first-time color work require a consultation beforehand. Cuts, blowouts at three lengths, a Brazilian blowout and add-on treatments such as K18 and scalp treatments round out the menu. Bridal clients can book a wedding trial or bridal hair appointment.
Consultations are complimentary according to the salon's About page, and deposits are applied to the service. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged 50 percent of the service, and services booked within 24 hours are charged in full. There is a $30 fee for a missed consultation. In-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 can be paid over time through Buy Now, Pay Later, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $100, $200 and $400 amounts or custom values, and gift card sales are final.
Extension services are customized to each client's hair type, with the aim of recommending what the salon considers the healthiest and best option.
