Stylists and therapists work on commission. Pricing is tiered by each stylist's experience and demand, so newer stylists charge less. Each service has a base price, and extra color, toner, haircuts and styling are priced separately. Color appointments can take several hours, and the salon notes that clean or day-old hair works best for most color services unless a stylist says otherwise.

The spa menu includes three facial levels: a 30-minute express facial with minimal massage, a basic facial that is customized for skin type and goals, and an ultimate facial with a double cleanse, exfoliation, noninvasive extractions, facial massage, mask, toner and moisturizer. Foot detoxing is offered as a single session or in packages of 3, 6 or 12. The salon describes foot detoxing as possibly supporting energy, mental clarity, sleep and headache relief, and recommends two sessions a week for the first four weeks, then one or two a month. A 90-minute complete transformation combines a 60-minute massage with a foot soak, warm towel, aromatherapy and a mini facial massage or dry exfoliation. Permanent jewelry bracelets, anklets and necklaces are custom fit and welded, with no clasp.

Walk-ins are welcome when availability allows, but booking is recommended to get a preferred stylist. Saturday is by appointment only, and the salon is closed Sundays. Weekday hours run from 8:00am to 5pm on Mondays, 8:30am to 5pm on Tuesdays, 8:30am to 8pm on Wednesdays, 9:00am to 8pm on Thursdays and 8:00am to 4pm on Fridays. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, and appointments more than 15 minutes late may not be accommodated. The salon accepts major credit cards other than American Express, debit cards and cash, and gift certificates can be bought by phone or in person. Service issues reported within 7 days are corrected at no charge by the same stylist if the result differs from what was discussed. Changing to a different look than originally requested carries additional charges.
