The practice began as a traditional facial business and grew into holistic facial massage, tension release and energy work. According to the business, the aim is to work beyond the surface of the skin to support release, ease of movement and skin vitality. Sonia's own path followed a similar line, moving from facial massage and tension release into energy awareness and holding space for clients.

The facial menu runs from a one-hour Fascia Face Massage, which uses only hands with no tools or oils, to a ninety-minute Myofascial TMJ/Buccal Release that treats jaw and cheek tension as part of a whole-body approach. The Advance Fascia Buccal Massage combines dry and oil massage with tension release at the base of the tongue and light tongue pulls. The Meridian Facial draws on facial reflexology, Gua Sha and facial cupping for lymphatic drainage, and can be paired with a heated herbal poultice. The Advance Facial uses microcurrent and or the Qi Beauty Matrix to lift, tone and energize the skin. Prices range from $200 to $330 for facial services. Each treatment includes foundational steps such as skin analysis and cleansing, plus corrective care when it suits the client.

Energy work and readings are also offered. Somatic Kundalini Energy Work runs ninety minutes and includes breath work and a curated playlist, in person or virtually. Intuitive Tarot Readings last an hour and are available in person or by Zoom, FaceTime or Google Meet, at $55. The readings are for spiritual guidance, personal reflection and entertainment, and do not predict outcomes or replace professional advice. Sessions are intuitive, shaped by what the face, body and nervous system communicate during the visit. The practice serves clients of every body type, age and life stage.

Sacred Sync works by appointment only, booked by text or email, and takes a limited number of appointments each day. A valid credit card is needed at booking, and the Advance Facial includes screening questions for contraindications. Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of the appointment incur a charge of 50% of the service fee, and no-shows are charged the full fee. A 15-minute grace period applies to late arrivals, and repeated no-shows can lead to restricted booking. Services are not refundable or transferable, and promotions cannot be combined with other offers or vouchers. Taxes and gratuities are not included in the price; gratuities are preferred in cash. Payment is accepted by cash, Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Venmo and Zelle. Prices may change without notice.
