Color is planned around hair history, daily lifestyle and upkeep goals. New clients are encouraged to bring inspiration photos to a first visit, and a color consultation is recommended before major changes, when using box color, or when unsure what to book. Clean hair from the day before is preferred. The Full Package can include foils, balayage, teasylights or more advanced options for brightness and dimension, and every color package comes with a complimentary haircut.
Clients with gel or acrylic nails from another salon should mention it when booking or add a removal, since extra time may be needed. The team advises against peeling off gel polish, because it can thin and weaken natural nails. Appointments are booked online through a Phorest page that links to the cancellation and privacy policies. The salon is open Tuesday to Thursday from 9am to 7pm and Saturday from 8am to 12pm. Only scheduled guests attend appointments unless arranged in advance, so children and extra guests are not usually brought along.
