New guests can book a free 15-minute consultation, which the salon offers to first-time visitors. Haircut prices include shampooing, a scalp massage and basic styling, and color services include basic styling as well. Color is priced from a starting base, while color correction, such as moving from dark to light or light to dark, is priced at the time of the service.
The salon uses and sells L'anza color and hair care, and it offers Malibu treatments. According to the salon, its styling products contain cactus extract for heat protection and form a concentrated line that lasts longer than others, and it describes the ingredients as sustainably and organically farmed.
Products can be pre-ordered up to 48 hours before an appointment and picked up at the next visit. If a pre-ordered item is out of stock, clients may choose a credit or a comparable product, and clients who pre-order an item that later goes on sale receive a credit at their next visit. Appointments need 24 hours' notice for cancellation, and a cancellation without that notice may bring a rebooking fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
The salon says it believes in using different treatments to clarify, condition and restore hair. It relies on L'anza color and care products along with Malibu treatments.
