The salon describes itself as the best hair salon in Rockland County and says excellence is its guarantee. It aims to build lasting relationships with guests and the community, and it treats education as one of the central parts of its work. Team training begins at hire and continues through each stylist's career.

Stylists work within a level system. It gives team members a career path and gives guests several price options for the same service: a women's haircut runs from $43 at Level 1 to $68 at Level 6, and a men's haircut from $24 to $39. Services are listed à la carte from a base price, and color may need extra steps and products, which are charged accordingly. Since March 2024 the salon has listed separate cash and credit card prices, with cash pricing unchanged.

Women's and girls' haircuts include a wash and a standard blowout, and men's and boys' haircuts include a wash and style. Full custom color starts at $160 at Level 1 and $210 at Level 6. Color transformation starts at $240 at Level 1 and is charged hourly from three hours, plus the cost of color. A Brazilian blowout starts at $241 at Level 1, and a Keratin Express at $116.

Color services require a $100 deposit, which is non-refundable. Cards are kept on a secure file and are not charged until after the reservation, and the cancellation policy is shown before booking. The salon asks for 48 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. Changes with less than 24 hours' notice are charged half the price of the booked services, and no-shows are charged the full price. Reminders go out by text three days ahead and by email two days ahead.

The salon organizes its team on a level system that gives stylists a career path and gives guests several price options. Education is treated as central to the work, with training starting at hire.
