The salon works mainly by appointment but also welcomes walk-ins. Bookings can be made online through its Book Online option or managed in the Fresha app. A credit card is kept on file at booking to hold appointments, and it is required for individual appointments, parties, and multiple or extended services over two hours. Cancellations are requested at least 48 hours ahead, with a fee of half the reserved amount for shorter notice and the full amount for no-call no-shows.
Bridal parties of two or more booked on the same day, and single services booked for several people, need a non-refundable deposit of half the total to hold the date. That deposit is refundable only with at least one week's notice. Concerns about a service should be raised with the salon coordinator within seven days of the appointment, and hair adjustments are made at no cost within two weeks of the original service. The salon does not issue refunds on salon services.
Facials are grouped into named treatments. Clarify + Balance Facial is aimed at breakouts and combines enzymatic exfoliation with a clay mask. Custom Glo Facial is smoothing, brightening and hydrating, Get Glo & Go is a brightening treatment with gentle exfoliation and a nourishing mask, and Hydration Boost Facial focuses on moisture. Enzyme Treatment is a professional cream peel that uses salicylic acid and fruit enzymes. Add-ons include dermaplaning, extractions and an exfoliating hand treatment, and enhancements cover lash lifts and tints, brow tints, henna brow tints and makeup application.
The manicure and pedicure menus include named rituals. Aroma and Pink Moon services combine soaks, scrubs, hot towels and massage, Enrich-Mint uses a mask with a spearmint-scented whipped balm, and Bee Pampered Pedicure uses a milk soak, butter scrub and honey-glazed foot wrap. Gel polish is offered for both hands and feet, and nail care covers new acrylic sets, fills, repairs, polish changes and a moisture mask. Its boutique is a premier retailer of Dixie Belle chalk paint in a range of colors and finishes, and shoppers can also find items on the salon's Poshmark account.
Named facial, nail and waxing treatments are offered with product lines chosen for each service, and the same brands can be bought in store or, for some lines, online.
