New clients begin with a full-face assessment and a complimentary consultation, which the practice says leads to a customized treatment plan. A consultation is required before dermal fillers for first-time guests and before Kybella. Clients review and sign treatment documents in the client portal ahead of their appointment.

The injectable menu includes Botox, Dysport, several hyaluronic acid fillers (Juvederm, Restylane and Revanesse Versa), Kybella for fat under the chin, and Sculptra, a poly-L-lactic acid filler used on the face and on areas of the body. Facials range from a 30-minute express option to a 75-minute customized treatment, with a men's facial and a teen facial among them. Microneedling, including a radiofrequency version called Virtue RF, and a medium-depth chemical peel with a booster are also offered. Before a Virtue RF treatment, clients are asked to avoid sun for one week, stop Accutane for six months and avoid aspirin for seven days; a full-face session takes about an hour and a half.

Lash lifts, lash tints, brow tints and brow lamination are offered, with lifts and laminations lasting about six to eight weeks. Waxing covers eyebrows, upper lip and sideburns. IV infusions are offered on their own and as part of the weight loss program. The medical weight loss program starts with a consultation and full health assessment, and is customized to each client's body composition; it can include medications and weekly in-office lipotropic injections. The practice notes that these injections should not be treated as a standalone solution and that diet and exercise remain central. A non-refundable $100 consultation deposit is applied to the program cost.

Financing and payment plans through Affirm are available, subject to eligibility, and financing is also offered for Sculptra. The practice asks for 48 hours' notice for cancellations or changes; later changes and no-shows carry a $50 charge. The business is open Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday with a Thursday evening, and is closed Sunday and Monday.
