Color is the core of the menu. Options run from a gloss for shine and tone, to a single-process base color for root refreshes, to custom partial and full head color that can include blonding or balayage, toning, root melt, and a precision haircut or luxe blowout. Face frame highlights with up to 10 foils and a custom toner are also available. The salon uses the SOHO Color line from Masters of Balayage, which is free of PPD and resorcinol, and Oligo Calura Gloss, a demi-permanent hybrid with no lift.

Hair extensions come through Aqua Hair Extensions and are made from 100% human Remy hair in a range of colors, with clients color matched during a consultation. Keratin Fusion (K-Tip) installation takes about 2 to 5 hours, needs no move-ups, and is replaced every 3 to 6 months. Hand-Tied Wefts take about 30 minutes to 3 hours to install or maintain, need rows moved up every 6 to 8 weeks, and the hair can be reused for up to a year. V-Light extensions are also offered and reapplied every 2 to 8 weeks. Partial, full, and mega extensions add subtle volume, volume with a touch of length, and volume and length, using up to 2, 4, and 7 bundles respectively.

Before a first color or extension visit, new guests complete a consultation form and send photos of their current hair from the front and back in good lighting, plus a photo of their hair goals. Booking is done through the salon's online booking site. Extension care includes washing up to three times a week with Aqua shampoo and conditioner and brushing with an Aqua boar bristle brush, and hair should not be washed for 48 hours after installation.

Hours are Monday and Wednesday from 2 to 9 pm and Thursday from 12 to 6 pm. Clients receive reminder texts or emails three days and one day ahead. Cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours notice are charged 50% of the reserved service, and same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full service to the card on file, with payment required before another booking.
