Much of the menu is installation work: sew-ins with and without a closure, quick weaves in several shapes including flip-over, full-circle and bob or blunt-cut versions, wig installs, and install packages that pair the install with bundles or a closure. Braiding covers feed-in braids in a range of counts, goddess and Indian braids, butterfly braids, lemonade braids, and braids for men.

Beyond installs, the menu includes silk presses, relaxer touch-ups, full color, touch-ups and highlights, half-up and half-down styles, buns and ponytails, cuts and blunt bobs, deep conditioning, and shampoo and set.

Booking requires an online deposit, and an appointment is not held without one. The remaining balance is paid in cash at the visit or through Zelle (QuickPay). Deposits are non-refundable but can be moved to another date. Clients showing any sign of illness are asked to reschedule, and appointments missed for that reason are cancelled. A $10 late fee applies, extra people are not allowed unless they are being serviced, and hair is not included in service prices.

For a style that is not on the menu, clients book the closest matching service and describe the look they want in the booking comments or send a photo. Some color services are request-to-book. The salon does not straighten deep wave or curly weave, and wash and blow dry is offered with services. A loyalty program lets clients sign up as members and earn 10 points per booked session, with 50 points taking $20 off the lowest-priced item in the cart.
