Natural hair services cover wash and go, silk press, curly cuts with a styling lesson, blow outs, and boho braids. Add-ons such as deep conditioning, a K18 molecular repair treatment, a scalp scrub or detox, detangling, a haircut, and previous style take-down can be booked with a main service.

Color and extension services require a consultation first, either virtual by FaceTime or Zoom for $25 or in person at the salon for $50, each lasting about 30 minutes. Any appointment that includes hair requires a $50 deposit, and a card is needed to reserve. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice. No-call, no-show clients are charged the full service fee, and cancellations within 24 hours are charged half. Clients more than 15 minutes late must reschedule and a last-minute cancellation charge applies, while a $25 late fee applies when the stylist can still fit them in. Card is preferred, though cash, Zelle, and check are accepted; card payments carry a 4 percent processing fee. Clients should arrive detangled with previous styles removed unless they book take-down as an add-on.

Client education is central here: the team teaches clients how to treat and style their hair so they can keep it looking good between appointments. The salon also says it uses high-end products throughout.
