Much of the menu centers on scalp and hair health. Hair loss concerns have a dedicated service here. The Hair Loss Consultation is purely for evaluation and learning; no hair loss treatments or programs are carried out at that appointment. The visit covers a health and lifestyle questionnaire, imaging of the scalp and hair, and a look at a recent CBC blood panel that the client's physician supplies. Guests are asked to come in with hair freshly washed and free of oils, leave-in conditioners and styling products. The consultation is not a medical diagnosis or treatment, and it is no substitute for seeing a licensed medical provider. The Hair Loss Discovery Session is a tailored appointment that looks at health factors connected to hair loss.

The salon also sells She Sensei Hair Oil and She Sensei Scalp Oil, each priced at $18.95. The oils contain jojoba, mafura and sunflower oil, vitamin E and infused fenugreek seeds, and were formerly sold as the Sweet Bea Collection. The salon says the oils are crafted with over two decades of expertise.

Assessment comes first and is kept separate from treatment: the hair loss consultation is education only, while the salon services focus on scalp health and hair condition.
