REMI Salon is a salon studio where independent beauty professionals work under one roof. It has two locations, one on Piedmont Avenue in Oakland and one on Brickyard Cove Road in Point Richmond.

The team covers hair, hair color, hair extensions, hair styling and eyelash services. Pricing is individualized for each client, and stylists create custom looks.

New clients can start with a free 15-minute consultation. Prices range from a $35 scalp treatment and a $125 haircut to a $500 ombre, which takes about four hours. Balayage is $350, and color correction is offered with two options but has no listed price.

The Richmond location has free parking, a private entrance and water views. The Oakland location is open Sunday from 10 AM to 5 PM and Monday from 10 AM to 6 PM, and is closed Tuesday through Saturday.

How to book depends on the stylist. Andrea, Tina and Mavis take hair appointments through the website, Kelli is booked by contacting her directly, and eyelash appointments with Shaunte are made through the contact page.

Pricing and looks are individualized for each client, with the aim of an authentic, sincere experience that clients keep after each visit.
