Clients who are unsure which stylist suits them can complete a matchmaking survey covering hair goals, lifestyle and personal taste, or choose a stylist when booking. Stand-alone consultations are also offered, and some services, including high fashion color and the Signature Calligraphy Cut, are priced after a consultation. The salon is open Wednesday to Friday 11am to 8pm and Saturday 10am to 6pm, and is closed Sunday through Tuesday.

Every color appointment begins with a consultation, and the color is customized to skin tone, lifestyle and style goals. Starting prices include $65 for clipper haircuts, $95 for short, $105 for medium, $120 for long and $160 for My Curl haircuts, $60 for fine density blowouts and $350 for keratin or Brazilian blowouts. Haircut and color prices can vary by stylist and by experience or complexity, and blowout prices do not include heat styling.
