The salon is open Tuesday to Friday from 8:30am to 6pm and Saturday from 8:30am to 3pm, and is closed on Sunday and Monday.
Treatments include silk presses, a smoothing treatment, a deep conditioning add-on and keratin treatments. A combined service of feather tips, keratin treatment and color takes about 7.5 hours at $4,700. The salon also runs a Ktip Masterclass, a 2/15 session priced at $400, with non-refundable deposits. Closures in 5x5 size are sold in all textures for $170 and are customized to look natural, but closures are sold with no refunds or exchanges.
