The menu is built around hair care for locs and natural hair, along with extension work and color. Loc services range from retwists, starter locs and comb coils to micro locs, loc repair, detox, loc knots and comb-outs, with maintenance packages for different lengths. Extension and protective styles include Chloe braids, extended twists in several styles, extended boho locs, crochet styles, two-strand boho twists and clip-in installs. Natural hair services include silk presses, rod sets, twist-outs and updos, and color options run from single process to balayage and full head highlights. The stylist also offers 101 one-on-one instruction on signature styling techniques.

Before booking, first-time clients need a consultation, which can be done virtually or in person; some services, such as micro starter locs, loc comb-outs and loc repair, require one before booking. Deposits are non-refundable but can move to a later appointment if canceled 24 hours or more ahead. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean rescheduling, with a new deposit required. Clients who are unwell with a fever, cold, cough or repeated sneezing are asked to reschedule, and no-call, no-show clients cannot book future appointments. Before or after hours appointments may be possible for an extra $50 per hour, and gift cards are available in values from $25 to $200.
