Services are grouped into basic services, chemical services, color, extensions, natural hair locs, braids and facial work. Basic services cover shampoo and style, men's cuts, lineups, women's cuts and trims. Braiding options range from cornrows and kinky twists to individual micro braids, crochet braids and faux locs. Extensions include lace wig installs, quick weaves, sew-ins, custom wigs and medical units made for cranial prosthesis use.

The studio also offers non-surgical hair replacement, using custom cranial prosthesis hair systems that are added to existing hair or the scalp. The site says this is available to men and women with thinning hair, baldness, alopecia or hair loss from cancer treatment. A consultation is required for all custom and medical units, and pricing for those units includes professional installation and customization.

Founder Nicole Ferguson also leads the studio's education side. Online continuing education courses are approved by the Georgia State Board of Cosmetology and Barbers. Hands-on classes cover bonded and stitched wigs, custom wig making, lace wig application and advanced hair weaving, and there is a non-surgical hair replacement certification class offered over one or two days.

The studio publishes Elegance Unlimited, a salon style magazine that began in 2015. Photo shoot registration is open to models, stylists, makeup artists and photographers who want to be featured in it.

Custom and medical units begin with a consultation, and the studio pairs its hair work with education for other beauty professionals.
