The business is run by founder Shassity Stevenson, a master stylist with more than eighteen years in the beauty industry. She moved to Charlotte to widen her reach and build the business there, and she also co-founded Skye Salons, a luxury salon suite concept for independent stylists.

The extension menu covers several installation methods: keratin-bond Invisible K-Tips, hand-tied wefts, strand-by-strand I-Tips, tape-ins, and traditional sew-ins. It also includes traditional wig installs, custom color for extensions, removal, sew-in removal followed by cleansing and reset, and laundering for wigs, extensions and hair pieces.

Bridal work begins with a pre-wedding trial to refine and confirm the look, then day-of styling for the wedding. The business also styles engagement events, rehearsal dinners and celebrations, and offers on-location styling for destination and travel weddings.

Medical and recovery services start with a one-on-one consultation about needs and options, which can be done in person or virtually at no charge. Further services include custom fittings, styling to shape and personalize a medical wig, help choosing a wig with insurance-related documentation, and ongoing maintenance guidance. Medical wigs are priced from $1,200 and are insurance eligible. HSA and FSA funds are accepted, and the business provides detailed invoices for reimbursement rather than billing insurers directly.

Care is built around each client's specific needs, with medical wig clients supported in partnership with their physicians and specialists.
