Both boys' and girls' cuts include a wash and blow-dry, and every child leaves with a balloon and a lollipop.

Beyond the basic cut, the salon offers a first-haircut package that includes a certificate, a lock of hair to keep, and a photo of the visit. For families who want more, Curls, Curls, Curls! styles curls in the Tween Lounge with a minicure and a choice of glamour ring, and Day of Beauty brings hair, nails, and makeup together in the private Tween Lounge for up to an hour.

Parents can get their own haircut, or a wash and style, in a private lounge. Up-do styles cover ballet buns, wedding-style up-dos, and sleek ponytails for long hair, and braids range from simple, sleek styles to more creative looks such as French braids and fishtails. For children who feel anxious or are sensitive to sensory input, the salon can prepare a custom social narrative to walk them through the haircut ahead of time.
