The brow menu covers a simple brow wax and shaping, a wax with tint, a wax with lightening, and brow lamination. Lightening chooses a shade based on the client's natural brow color and uses brow mapping before waxing; the studio describes it as gentler than bleaching. Brow lamination uses the client's own brow hair to set shape and fullness, and it can be paired with tint. Clients between lamination visits can book a maintenance appointment that combines a wax and tint. New and returning clients are priced separately for lamination.

Hours are Monday 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM, Tuesday 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Thursday 8 AM to 4 PM and Friday 7 AM to 3 PM. The studio is closed Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.

Deposits are 50% of the service price. Clients who cancel less than 48 hours ahead without a deposit are charged a 50% fee, and deposits are kept for late cancellations, except on the same day. No-shows and same-day cancellations are charged the full service price. Appointments have a 10-minute grace period, after which the service may be cancelled and the deposit forfeited. A rescheduled appointment that is cancelled may not qualify for a deposit refund, even if it is cancelled more than 48 hours ahead. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

Treatments are built around each client's natural brows and lashes, with the aim of enhancing features they already have.
