Before booking, clients can have a 30-minute in-person consultation at no charge, or a 30-minute consultation by FaceTime or Zoom, which is priced separately. Some color quotes are given by direct message. The salon is open Tuesday through Thursday from 10:30 am to 6:00 pm and Friday from 10:30 am to 3:00 pm, and is closed Sundays and Mondays.

Color pricing starts at $205 for a partial blonding, balayage or highlight service and $260 for a full one, with haircut combinations and all-over color treatments priced by hair thickness and length. A partial service is a softer blonde meant to be maintained between full services done 12 to 16 weeks apart. Retouches for 3 to 6 week regrowth can be booked with a haircut, and a bleach-and-tone retouch suits a 4 to 6 week grow-out, with longer grow-out calling for an all-over color. A retouch booked more than 6 weeks after the last visit may carry an added charge for extra product and time.

For gray hair, a root touch-up is designed for clients who return every 4 to 8 weeks and includes a blow dry but no gloss. Gray blending with a blowout covers up to 70% of gray. Other services include a mineral treatment that removes metal and buildup left by well water and products, deep conditioning, and a Brazilian blowout using a liquid keratin formula for smoother, softer hair, suited to curly, unruly or damaged hair.

The hairdresser has trained across the country, including in New York and California, and learned a partial blonding technique through classes from Daniel M Beauty and Hair by Mane Ivy. Ongoing education continues, with Sam Villa, Ruth Roche and Dom Dom named as sources.

The salon describes its hair services as confidence-boosting. Consultations are offered ahead of booking, either in person at no charge or by video call.
