Braiding is the core of the menu. Options include wig braids, feed-in braids, Butterfly braids, Pop Smoke braids, Stitch braids, Fulani braids, Bohemian braids, Passion and Spring twists, tribal braids, and jumbo, medium and small knotless braids. Booking requires half of the service amount, and a first deposit of $30 is listed as a service that is deducted from the final total. Deposits and payments are non-refundable and can be moved once within 30 days. An appointment rescheduled without confirmation is cancelled and the deposit is kept. Clients have a 10-minute grace period; a $20 late fee applies after that, and the appointment is cancelled after 15 minutes. Squeeze-ins into a full calendar carry a $50 fee, or $100 on a stylist's day off. Holiday appointments carry an additional upcharge. Payment can be made through Cash App, Zelle or the website, and cash balances need exact change.

For a visit, braid clients are asked to arrive with freshly shampooed, blow-dried hair, and shampoo is available as an upcharge at booking. Weave appointments are shampooed and blow-dried at the salon. Clients should not put oils on the scalp beforehand, and the salon may decline service if the scalp has sores or damage. Appointment times are estimated, and the salon says services are not rushed. Only clients being served may stay in the room, with an exception for a parent. No-call, no-show clients may be banned unless half the payment was made at booking.
