Shaé Banks is a one-person nail art business in Saint Louis, Missouri, with an address on Chouteau. All of the services sit under a single Nails category, ranging from quick clear coats and polish changes to Gel-X extensions and hard gel overlays.

Gel-X is a pre-shaped soft gel extension set, and the service includes removing any previous Gel-X set. Gel-X soak off is also offered on its own to remove extensions with a buff and no polish. Hard gel overlays are suggested for medium or long nails that need extra strength, and fills are priced separately. Builder gel manicures are for short or medium natural nails only, including nails that are growing out.

Nail art can be added across the menu. Handpainted designs run from simple hearts, dots, lines, marble and ombre to detailed animal print, paisley, flames and chrome. Other options include 3D nail art, rhinestones and 3D charms, glitter or chrome powder, and foils, stickers, gold flakes and simple cat eye designs. Nail repair is priced per nail, and art on a repaired nail is charged separately.

Handmade press-on nails are sold through the online shop, including the Bloom, Turks & Caicos, Flower Child and Starships sets, along with a sizing kit. Orders take up to a week to process, and the artist emails the customer the next step once the order is ready.

Booking terms: a non-refundable travel fee deposit is due at booking and does not count toward the service, and full payment is due on the day. Reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice and allow one deposit transfer, while later changes count as new bookings with a new deposit. Cancelling or not rescheduling is charged at 50% of each scheduled service, and appointments running 15 minutes late are cancelled. Single-use implements are used, and reusable equipment is disinfected with Barbicide and an EPA disinfectant. Products cannot be returned or refunded, and any issue must be emailed within 7 days of receiving the item.

Services are performed only on healthy nails and healthy clients, and work is declined when nails look unhealthy, with a suggestion to see a physician.
